2 green bell peppers

4 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk or cream
Salt
to taste

For the Topping

2 tablespoons fresh parsley
chopped
1 tablespoon Turkish Beyaz peynir or feta cheese
crumbled

In a small bowl, combine the diced tomatoes and chopped bell peppers.
