Ingredients

1 cup wheat berries
soaked overnight and rinsed
1 cup dried chickpeas
soaked overnight
1 cup dried beans
soaked overnight

1/2 cup dried apricots
chopped
1/2 cup dried figs
chopped
1/2 cup raisins

For Sweetening

2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup honey

For Flavor and Garnish

1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground clove
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1/2 cup walnuts
roughly chopped
1/2 cup hazelnuts
roughly chopped
