Preparation
Flaking the Tuna
Cook the tuna
Cook the tuna in boiling water until tender (about 10 minutes).
Drain and cool
Drain and let it cool slightly.
Flake the tuna
Flake the tuna using a fork.
Mixing the Mas Huni
Combine ingredients
Combine the flaked tuna, grated coconut, onion, and green chilies in a bowl.
Be careful when handling chilies, as they can irritate the skin. Pro Tip: Wear gloves if you are sensitive to chilies.
Add lime and salt
Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and add salt to taste.
Mix thoroughly
Mix thoroughly until well combined.

Mix flour and salt in a bowl, adding coconut oil and water gradually to form a dough.
Cook the Roshi
Roll the dough into flat discs and cook on a hot skillet until golden brown.
