Prepping the Yuca

Peel and Cut Yuca

Peel the yuca and cut it into large pieces.

Boil Yuca

Place the yuca in a large pot of salted water and bring to a boil.

Making the Mojo Sauce

In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
