2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 packet instant yeast (2 ¼ tsp)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup warm water

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup kimchi, chopped
2 scallions, thinly sliced

For the Sauce

½ cup tomato sauce
1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil

For the Drizzle

2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp sriracha
