2 cloves garlic

1 bell pepper

6 cups beef broth

For the Vegetable Mix

2 large carrots
sliced
2 medium potatoes
diced
1 cup cabbage
shredded
2 cups spinach
roughly chopped

dried
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
