200g ground pork
100g shrimp, peeled and finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp white pepper
2 green onions, finely sliced

For the Dumpling Dough

200g all-purpose flour
100ml hot water

For the Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauce

3 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red chili, thinly sliced

In a large bowl, combine ground pork, shrimp, garlic, onion, fish sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper.
