For the Tzatziki Sauce

Greek yogurt
1 cup
Cucumber
1/2, grated and drained
Garlic

Olive oil
1 tablespoon
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
to taste

For the Pita Bread

Pita bread
4 pieces
Olive oil
for brushing

For the Garnishes

Fresh parsley leaves
Thinly sliced red onions

Marinating the Lamb
