Preparation
Marinating the Chicken
Combine ingredients
In a bowl, combine chicken thighs with rum, lime juice, allspice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Marinate
Mix well to coat the chicken evenly and marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.
Ensure the chicken is adequately marinated to absorb the rich rum flavors.
Preparing the Vegetables
Sauté aromatics
Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook vegetables
