For the Marinade

200g Paneer
cut into one-inch cubes
1 cup Thick yogurt
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Red chili powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tbsp Lemon juice
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Oil

For the Skewers

1 Red bell pepper
cut into one-inch pieces
1 Green bell pepper
cut into one-inch pieces
1 Red onion
cut into one-inch pieces
Wooden skewers
soaked in water for 30 minutes

For the Mint Chutney

1 cup Fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup Fresh coriander leaves
1 Green chili
chopped
1 tbsp Lemon juice
Salt to taste

Marinating the Paneer

Combine spices

In a bowl, combine the yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.

Coat paneer

Mix until smooth, then add the paneer cubes, ensuring they're well-coated.

Refrigerate

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preparing the Skewers

Thread skewers

Thread the marinated paneer, bell pepper, and onion alternately onto the skewers.

Brush with oil

Brush lightly with oil.

Preheat the grill or a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat.
