1 large onion
finely chopped
2 garlic cloves
minced
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 1/2 lbs minced beef
2 slices white bread
crusts removed
1 cup milk
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup almond flour
2 bay leaves
Salt and pepper
to taste

For the Topping

4 large eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt

For the Apricot Chutney Glaze

1/3 cup apricot chutney
1/4 cup water

Marinating the Bread Mixture

Place the bread slices in a bowl with milk. Let soak for 5 minutes.

Squeeze the bread, reserving the milk, and crumble it into a separate bowl.

Add apple cider vinegar to the reserved milk.

Preparing the Minced Meat
