1 block (14 oz) firm tofu
pressed and diced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil

For the Stir Fry Sauce

2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon Szechuan chili paste
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup vegetable broth

For the Vegetables

1 red bell pepper
sliced
1 cup snap peas
1 carrot
julienned
3 cloves garlic
minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger
minced

For the Stir Fry

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoons Szechuan peppercorns
2 green onions
chopped

Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl.
