onion
1 small, finely grated
ground cumin
1 teaspoon
ground allspice
1 teaspoon
cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon
salt
to taste

¼ cup
fresh mint
2 tablespoons, chopped
fresh parsley
2 tablespoons, chopped
pine nuts
1 tablespoon, toasted
sumac
1 teaspoon
