Preparation
Marinating the Lamb

Coat the lamb
Add lamb cubes into marinade; ensure even coating.
Chill and marinate
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Preparing the Apple-Tzatziki Sauce
Combine ingredients
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated apple, and cucumber.
Season the sauce
Stir in olive oil, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Use a microplane grater for a finer texture.
Chill
Chill until serving.
Cooking Process
Grilling the Lamb
Use pre-soaked skewers. Arrange lamb cubes alternately with onion and bell pepper. Grill over medium-high heat for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
