Preparation
Marinating the Lamb
Combine ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, smoked paprika, coriander, salt, and black pepper.
Add lamb
Add the lamb cubes, tossing well to coat.
Chill
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Preparing the Tzatziki Sauce
Mix ingredients

Cooking Process
