4 large eggs, beaten

1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced
White pepper, to taste

For Thickening the Soup

2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water

In a large pot, combine the broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger.

Bring the mixture to a slow boil over medium heat.

Preparing the Cornstarch Slurry
