Preparing the Dipping Sauce
Heat and Mix
In a small pan over low heat, mix tamarind paste, palm sugar, fish sauce, chili flakes, and minced garlic.
Dissolve Sugar
Stir until sugar is dissolved and the sauce is well combined.
Cool and Set Aside
