1/4 cup honey
A pinch of saffron threads
2 tbsp warm water

For the Lingonberry Compote

1 cup fresh or frozen lingonberries
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp lemon juice

For the Garnish

A few mint leaves
A sprinkling of chopped almonds
