finely shredded
1/4 cup green onion
thinly sliced
1/4 cup cooked bacon bits
1 egg
beaten

1 egg
beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs

For the Katsu Sauce

1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
