For the Sauce

4 tbsp gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp water

For the Toppings

1 cucumber, julienned
1 small Korean pear, julienned
4 hard-boiled eggs, halved
2 green onions, finely chopped

For Garnishing

Sesame seeds
Fresh mint or perilla leaves
