Fresh spinach
500g, washed and chopped
Feta cheese
200g, crumbled
Fresh dill
1 bunch, finely chopped
Onion

For the Pastry

Phyllo dough
1 package, thawed
Butter
100g, melted
Olive oil
2 tablespoons

For the Egg Wash

Egg
1, beaten
Water
1 tablespoon

Marinating the Filling

Sauté Onion

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, sauté the onion until translucent.

Wilt Spinach

Add chopped spinach, cook until wilted. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

Mix in crumbled feta and chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper.
