Cumin powder
1 teaspoon
Coriander powder
1 teaspoon
Bay leaves
2 leaves

Beef broth
2 cups

Marinating the Beef

In a large bowl, combine beef chunks with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to infuse flavors.

Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking.
