Ingredients

For the Nyama Choma

2 lbs beef or goat meat
cut into bite-sized chunks
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced ginger
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Juice of 1 lemon

For the Kachumbari Salad

2 large tomatoes
diced
1 red onion
thinly sliced
1 small cucumber
diced
1 tablespoon cilantro
chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and black pepper to taste
