2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes
peeled and cubed
1 cup whole milk
4 tbsp unsalted butter
Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups green cabbage
thinly sliced
2 cups kale
stems removed and chopped
4 slices thick-cut bacon
diced
1/2 cup scallions
thinly sliced

For the Flavors

2 cloves garlic
minced
1 tbsp olive oil

Marinating the Flavors
