1 ½ cups couscous
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 ½ cups chicken or vegetable broth
Salt to taste

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon ground coriander

½ cup raisins
½ cup hot water
