peeled and deveined

3 stalks lemongrass

finely chopped

1 tablespoon fish sauce

For the Lime Chili Sauce

1/4 cup lime juice

2 tablespoons fish sauce

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon chili flakes

2 tablespoons water

Preparation

Marinating the Shrimp

Mix Marinade

Coat Shrimp
