2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 red bell pepper
diced
1 green bell pepper
diced
1 onion
finely chopped
2 eggs
beaten
1 lb chicken breast
sliced into thin strips
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 green onions
chopped

For the Rocoto Chili Sauce

3 rocoto chilies
seeds removed and finely chopped
1 garlic clove
minced
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
to taste
