Ingredients

For the Dough

All-purpose flour
3 ½ cups
Salt
1 tsp
Water
1 cup
Egg
1 large, beaten

For the Spiced Pumpkin Filling

Pumpkin puree
2 cups
Garlic
2 cloves, minced
Olive oil
1 tbsp
Ground cumin
1 tsp
Paprika
1 tsp
Ground cinnamon
½ tsp
Salt and pepper
to taste

For the Yogurt Sauce

Plain yogurt
1 ½ cups
Garlic
1 clove, finely chopped
Lemon juice
Juice of ½ a lemon
Salt
to taste

For the Butter Sauce

Butter
4 tbsp
Red pepper flakes
2 tsp

Making the Dough

Combine dry ingredients

In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.

Form the dough

Gradually add water and beaten egg, mixing to form a dough.

Knead and rest

Knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Preparing the Pumpkin Filling

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
