Marinating the Filling

In a large bowl, combine minced meat, onion, bell pepper, garlic, and spices.

Mix thoroughly to distribute the spices evenly.

Cover and let marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Preparing the Bread Dough

In another bowl, combine flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.

Gradually add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a soft dough forms.

Knead on a floured surface for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
