1 medium cauliflower
cut into small florets
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 eggs
lightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper
to taste

2 large tomatoes
peeled and diced
1 red bell pepper
roasted, peeled, and chopped
1 green bell pepper
roasted, peeled, and chopped
2 cloves garlic
minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
