2 green chilies
finely chopped
1 teaspoon cumin powder
½ teaspoon red chili powder
Salt

2 tablespoons coriander leaves

1 cup peas
boiled and slightly mashed
1 teaspoon ginger paste
½ teaspoon garam masala
Salt
to taste

For the Tamarind Chutney

½ cup tamarind pulp
½ cup jaggery
grated
1 cup water
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
½ teaspoon black salt

For Frying

Oil
for shallow frying

In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes with green chilies, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt.
