Preparation

Preparing the Potatoes

Peel & Slice

Peel and slice the potatoes into 1/4-inch rounds.

Rinse

Rinse the potato slices in cold water to remove excess starch.

Dry

Pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.

Making the Dill Sauce

Combine Ingredients
