8 medium potatoes
peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
3 tablespoons butter
unsalted
1 cup heavy cream
Salt

1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 tablespoons fresh dill
finely chopped
1 clove garlic
minced

Preparing the Potatoes

Peel & Slice

Peel and slice the potatoes into 1/4-inch rounds.

Rinse

Rinse the potato slices in cold water to remove excess starch.

Pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.

Do not over-bake the potatoes to avoid them turning mushy.

Making the Dill Sauce

In a small bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, dill, and minced garlic.
