rinsed and drained

1 tablespoon berbere spice
1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
Salt and pepper
to taste

Cream Sauce

3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
grated
Nutmeg
pinch

Cheese Layer

2 cups mozzarella cheese
shredded

Cooking the Lentils
