8 oz, soaked and cut into bite-size pieces
Shrimp
1/2 lb, peeled and deveined
Mussels
1/2 lb, scrubbed and de-bearded

For the Seasoning & Garnish

Salt and pepper

Fresh dill

Preparing the Stock

Combine ingredients

Combine fish bones, bay leaves, onion, and water in a large pot.

Simmer

Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer.

Cook for 30 minutes, then strain the stock and set aside.
