3 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
adjust to taste
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Blend the berries in a blender until smooth.

Preparing the Cornstarch Mixture

Dissolve cornstarch

In a small bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in 1/4 cup of cold water.
