250g, sliced into 1 cm thick pieces
Olive oil
1 tablespoon

Watermelon
1 kg, peeled and cut into bite-sized cubes

2 tablespoons
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon, freshly squeezed
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste

Fresh mint leaves
