For the Saganaki

Kefalotyri or Graviera Cheese
200 g, cut into 1 cm thick slices
All-purpose Flour
1 cup
Olive Oil
2 tbsp

Honey

Lemon Juice
1 tbsp
Lemon Zest
Zest of 1 lemon

For Garnishing

Fresh Oregano Leaves

Lemon Wedges

Preparing the Cheese

Rinse the cheese

Rinse the cheese slices under cold water to moisten.

Use a firm cheese like kefalotyri or graviera for best results in holding its shape.

Coat the cheese slices evenly in flour, shaking off excess.

Ensure cheese is thoroughly floured to prevent sticking to the pan.

Rest the cheese

Set aside and let them firm up while you prepare the drizzle.

Making the Lemon Honey Drizzle

In a small saucepan, combine honey, lemon juice, and zest.
