Preparation

Soaking the Mushrooms

Place mushrooms

Place dried shiitake mushrooms in a bowl.

Pour hot water

Pour hot water over the mushrooms.

Soak mushrooms

Let them soak for at least 30 minutes until they are rehydrated and plump.

Preparing the Broth

Combine ingredients
