Fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup (about 1 large lemon)
Tahini
1/4 cup
Garlic clove
1 clove, minced
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Ground cumin
1 teaspoon
Sumac
1 teaspoon
Cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon
Salt
To taste

Sumac
1 tablespoon
Pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup
Olive oil
Drizzle
Fresh parsley
Handful, chopped

Blending the Hummus
