Cool the Flour

Heating the Ghee
Warm the Ghee
In a separate pan, gently heat the ghee until warm but not smoking.
Hold on Low Heat
Keep the ghee on low heat, ready for use.
Cooking Process
Create the Sugar Syrup
In a large pan, dissolve sugar in water over medium heat until it reaches a one-string consistency.
Incorporate the Flour
Add the roasted flour to the syrup, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
Add the Ghee and Flavoring
Gradually add the warm ghee and cardamom powder, mixing continuously until the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
