sliced thickly
3 tbsp unsalted butter

1/4 cup honey
1 tsp dried lavender

For the Pastry

1 sheet puff pastry
thawed if frozen
1 egg
beaten for egg wash

Add the sliced heirloom tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and cook for 10-12 minutes until slightly caramelized.

Preparing the Lavender Honey Infusion
