Squeeze out excess liquid and place grated potatoes in a bowl.

Mix in the chopped onion, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes after combining to allow the flavors to meld together.

In a separate bowl, mix sour cream with fresh dill and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
