For the Biryani Balls

2 cups cooked basmati rice
1 cup cooked chicken
shredded, spiced with salt, turmeric, and garam masala
1 small onion
finely chopped
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Salt
to taste
2 tbsp fresh cilantro
chopped
1 egg
beaten, for binding
1 cup breadcrumbs

For the Mint Chutney

1 cup fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1 small green chili
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt
to taste
1 tsp chaat masala
2 tbsp yogurt

For Frying

Oil
as needed for deep frying

Marinating the Chicken

Mix Chicken

In a bowl, mix chicken with salt, turmeric, and garam masala.

Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
