Ingredients

For the Coconut Sticky Rice

1 cup glutinous rice, rinsed
1 1/4 cups coconut milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

For the Lemongrass Syrup

2 stalks lemongrass, bruised and chopped
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar

For the Mango

2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and sliced
1 tablespoon lime juice

For the Aromatic Garnish

1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Marinating the Lemongrass

Combine the lemongrass and water in a saucepan.

Preparing the Sticky Rice
