peeled and deveined
2 tbsp gochujang paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp grated ginger

1 cup snow peas
trimmed
1 red bell pepper
sliced
1 small onion
thinly sliced
2 green onions
sliced

For the Stir-Fry Sauce

2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp sesame oil

For Garnishing

1 tbsp sesame seeds
Fresh cilantro leaves
