Lemongrass

1/2 cup, roughly chopped
Mint leaves
1/2 cup, roughly chopped
Cilantro leaves
1/2 cup, roughly chopped
Cucumber
1 small, sliced into thin rounds
Red onion
1 small, thinly sliced
