2 cups walnuts
finely ground
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
5 large eggs
separated
½ cup milk
½ cup unsalted butter
melted
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground cloves
¼ teaspoon salt

For the Orange Blossom Glaze

1 cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons orange blossom water
1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
Zest of 1 orange

Let the cake cool completely before glazing to allow flavors to meld.
