For the Yogurt Herb Dip

Greek yogurt
1 cup
Fresh mint
2 tbsp, chopped
Fresh parsley
2 tbsp, chopped
Lemon juice
1 tbsp
Garlic
1 clove, minced
Salt
To taste
Lemon zest
Zest of 1 lemon

For the Skewers

Wooden or metal skewers
