2 garlic cloves
minced

1/2 tsp ground allspice
1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes

For the Béchamel Sauce

4 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 cups whole milk
A pinch of nutmeg
Salt and white pepper

2 eggs
lightly beaten

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
