1/2 cup hazelnuts
toasted and finely ground
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
room temperature
2/3 cup granulated sugar
Zest of 1 large orange
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsalted butter
melted and cooled

For the Honey Glaze

1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon unsalted butter

In a bowl, mix ground hazelnuts, flour, baking powder, and salt.
